MEDIATION AND COLLABORATIVE NEGOTIATION:

Robert has extensive training and experience involving family law mediation, including training through the Legal Alternative Mediation Service. He volunteers at the Sacramento County Superior Court with the Pro Per Mediation Program and is on the Sacramento Superior Court Approved Mediator List. While maintaining an active litigation practice, he recognizes the substantial emotional and financial benefits of mediation and is committed to settling dispute quickly, fairly and economically.

Robert also has extensive education and experience in the Collaborative Practice process. He is one of twenty five members of the Sacramento Collaborative Practice Group, which started in Sacramento in 2002 and was instrumental in forming the non-profit corporation. He is also a member of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals.
